New Share capital registered

A share capital increase in Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) following the Subsequent Offering notified 13 January 2010 has today been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises. As a consequence, the new share capital is NOK 31,393,565.25 divided on 125,574,261 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.25. EMGS' Articles of Association have been amended accordingly. Please find attached the updated company certificate.
